The Role:
Responsible for maintaining excellent coffee standards, supporting and developing the barista team, and working closely with management to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities:
      •     Lead by example in delivering consistently high-quality coffee and service
      •     Train, motivate, and manage a small team of baristas
      •     Oversee stock control and supplier ordering for the coffee bar
      •     Maintain cleanliness, organisation, and efficiency across all bar areas
      •     Assist with new menu development and seasonal drink ideas
      •     Foster a positive, professional, and inclusive work environment

Requirements:
      •     Minimum 5 years’ experience in specialty coffee
      •     Strong knowledge of coffee equipment and maintenance
      •     Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving skills
      •     A passion for coffee, customer service, and building team culture
