The Role
Open and lead the day-to-day running of the café
The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining the café's operational documentation. This includes creating comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and an Opening Operations Manual to establish consistent working practices across the business.
Recruit, train, and develop the front-of-house team
Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high standards
Manage daily operations and support the business as it grows
Create a positive and motivated team environment
About You
**Previous experience as a General Manager or Assistant General Manager in hospitality
Strong leadership and people management skills
Experience recruiting, training, and developing teams
Able to work in a fast-paced environment and take ownership of operations
Experience in premium cafés, operations with knoweldge in matcha beverages and a vegan lifestyle
Well presented with a passion for wellness, plant-based concepts, or specialty cafés is a bonus
