Role Details:

Busy popular neighborhood cafe
Renown for excellent cooking, this role would be an ideal opportunity for a motivated chef with both pastry and baking experience to support and learn under the head pastry chef, you will be producing innovative pastries and bakes following seasonal trends

Ideal background
Creative and trend-savvy junior pastry chef with a flair for innovation, specializing in crafting unique baked goods and pastries. Experienced in developing creations such as laminated lemon dough bread and seasonally inspired bakes and pastries.
Everything is made fresh in house
You will be comfortable supporting the head pastry chef and also working alone
Experience in catering for specific dietary requirements and preparing exciting vegan creations
self motivated, team spirited, and the desire to part of a growing modern and Independent business

Salary & Benefits:

4 Days per week - Daytimes Supportive team - Growing Independent - Paid hourly £18- 20 p/h
