Role Details:

From editorial shoots and brand launches to commercial productions and VIP events, the team is known for delivering vibrant, seasonal food with a strong emphasis on presentation, quality and service.

Operating from a purpose-built kitchen in Acton, they produce abundant buffet feasts, sharing platters and beautifully curated lunch boxes inspired by the generous, colourful style of Ottolenghi. With a loyal client base and a growing reputation, they are now looking for a talented Sous Chef to join their close-knit team.

**The Role**

This is a hands-on Sous Chef position within a fast-paced production environment where organisation, adaptability and consistency are key.

Working closely with the Exec Chef and a small team of four plus casuals , you will support in overseeing daily production, ensuring food is prepared to the highest standards and delivered on time for shoots and events across London.

The role combines kitchen leadership with operational responsibility. Alongside food production, you will be involved in ordering, stock management, production planning and occasional client interaction, making this an excellent opportunity for a chef who enjoys variety and ownership within their role.

Working hours are predominantly Monday to Friday with early starts, typically from 6am, reflecting the demands of the production schedule.

The Person

The successful candidate will be an experienced Sous Chef with a genuine passion for fresh, seasonal cooking and a strong eye for detail.

You will be naturally organised, calm under pressure and comfortable working within a business where priorities can shift quickly. Experience in events, renown restaurants, or high-volume fresh food operations would be highly advantageous.
