Run by a renown restaurateur , the operation will be a bastion of British excellence, with stylish cocktails, theatre, and amazing hearty food of the highest standard. Service is key, and my client is looking for an experienced, charming, hands on restaurant manager to work with the kitchen team.|
This position would suit an experienced and passionate Restaurant Manager looking for a big step up and career development with proven excellent London restaurant experience who would like to settle outside of London long term in Stratford upon Avon a stunning City in the East Midlands areas and birthplace of Shakespeare
Working closely with the Group GM to create a good working relationship.
Working with the kitchen to create a service led, outstanding and efficient operation.
Oversee all aspects of front of house duties
Oversee the Bar and bar manager
Oversee the booking systems and liaison with the hotel.
Be directly responsible for customer happiness
Oversee staff training
Be responsible for rotas, administration and staff hiring.
The successful candidate will be an ambitious, highly motivated & standards orientated Restaurant Manager with the skills needed to help create, launch and build the profile of this unique concept
Able to lead a team effectively, you will have a ‘hands on’ management style; have excellent organisation and cost control skills, good levels of technical skill and knowledge of a current sustainable food offering.
With excellent attention to detail and a committed, motivated, flexible working approach, you will also be up to date with current legislation (Alcohol, H&S, Fire and Employment Law)

|£36 k plus bonus - package circa 40 k per annum|
