The Company:
This exciting established coffee shop group, have secured investment for expansion in London. (Expansion plan and investment of 3 - 5 stores within 5 years) - (one U.K site currently) With existing international branches, the company is looking to further it's presence in the UK market. In this role you will be responsible for the successful expansion of the brand in the London market place. This role represents an amazing opportunity for a highly motivated and capable manager in a company offering fantastic prospects.
Vacancy Description:

Strategic operator with experience in the London coffee market to oversee expansion logistics, develop new business and ensure profitability. Responsible for managing overall operations, recruiting staff and creating budgets. 

Develop and submit performance and progress reports to the Board

Negotiate with vendors and service providers 

Location hunting for future sites/liaising with agents /developers/landlords

Managing lease/contract negotiation

Managing all applications to include statutory consents, planning and licensing 

Managing the design/store fitting process /set up 

Responsibilities include recruitment and training, writing  budgets and financial reporting , sales growth or declines, new business leads and regulatory compliance.

About you:

Previous experience of brand roll out and  expansion in the Specialist Coffee shop sector in London (this is a key attribute for the role)

  • Exceptionally well organized and driven by success
  • Solid history of data-driven strategic development
  • A natural leader who inspires and motivates those around them
  • You would need to demonstrate strong communication, organizational and negotiation skills. You should be a motivated self-starter with the ability to work with little or no supervision and possess the ability to assemble and manage teams. Presentation, analytical and planning skills are also essential 
  • Reliable & committed with intention to offer a long term commitment to next role
  • Must be educated to degree level or equivalent, preferably with qualifications or training – a solid understanding of budgeting and financial planning is essential as this role involves agreeing annual budgets as well as producing regular financial reporting to the board.
  • Outstanding negotiating skills
  • Continually develop  the brand to enable it to  flourish in the UK market place, must be trend aware with excellent analytical skills 
  • Synthesize monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on progress and development
  • Excellent networker /communicator 
  • October 21 start date 
Salary & Benefits:
£100 - 120 neg k per annum - very competitive salary for the right person -
