|The operation is currently undergoing a refurb for a high end dining concept, offering a unique tasting menu to a minimal number of covers, at a high average spend, open 6 days per week evenings only. The chef will be integral in the success and development of the concept. The existing restaurant is highly successfully with a high profile clientele base and the second concept will be offering Michelin star quality cuisine . The calibre of the chef will be key in this operation and will be rewarded accordingly, both financially and receiving media attention promoting your profile.|
Responsible for the supervision and management/training of 4 chefs
·Full menu creativity,working with premium suppliers
·Adhering to health and safety and correct food safety regimes
Will be highly organised
Good IT /costing and administration skills are essential
The succesful candidate will be a creative and inspired dynamic head chef looking for the next step in a premium exclusive dining operation, you will have experience in leading acclaimed restaurant operations, essential to have a Michelin * background London or interantional and noted profile with a dynamic and can do attitude.
Will have great people skills and present well ( open kitchen) and be able to interact with ease with guest.
Highly creative and imaginative with fresh and seasonal ingredients
Will demonstrate a good level of experience with industry media
Will be an instinctively strong leader with the ability to motivate, train and develop your staff
Will ideally have experience in a similar high end tasting operation.
Will be technically very capable
Will demonstrate a flexible and positive approach to work
|Salary & Benefits:|
|£70,000 - £100,000 profit incentive - investment to expand and progress as an Executive Chef|
