Menu creation

Daily Smooth Running of the Kitchen 

Menu Planning – costing & recipe specification

Stock Control: Supplier Liaison, Ordering, Invoices, Stock Counting, Wastage Control
Kitchen Rotas, Recruitment, Team Training & Development, Personnel Files

Due Diligence: Food Hygiene, H&S Records & Cleaning Rosters

About you:

Proven Head Chef experience gained within quality gastro fresh food site  

Strong Leadership, Communication, Organisation & Technical Skill

Genuine Passion to Cook

Ability to Motivate & Train team members effectively

Strong on Due Diligence – up to date on current Hygiene Legislation

Genuine intention to offer long term commitment to next role

Salary & Benefits:
3 Months Probationary Period: Regular Performance Related Salary Reviews & Well Structured & Professional Working Environment Working Hours: 50 – 55 Hrs P/Wk (7 Shifts over 5 Days) Meals on Duty + Chef Uniform Paid Annual Leave
