|The kitchen is on the first floor, is a good size and well equipped. There will be a team of about 5-6 staff in total would be necessary for the volume and offer. The focus on serving the best beers possible, along with simple cocktails with excellent quality alcohol in them , along with a good honest quality food offering|
We’re looking for someone to create a menu and form a new team to create a high quality and entertaining offer. The brief is for pubby British classic dishes and snacks, using high quality ingredients and a bit of pizzazz. Sundays will be for roasting- rare breed meat, crispy roast potatoes, a cool vegan option, and carefully executed trimmings. This is a great opportunity to have lots of creative input within the brief, and to create a strong identity for the kitchen.
Max 80 covers inside, with a large partially covered garden offering an additional 80 or so covers maximum.
Service hours initially would be 5-10pm
The kitchen is small but well appointed. New Rational oven, plenty of storage on site.
The above salary is based on 48 hours per week, however the owners are open to a contract of 40 hours per week on the equivalent pay if you would like a different work-life balance.
