Fully responsible for brigade.

Implementing health and safety , food hygiene practices
Maintaining the smooth running of the kitchen at all times
Ability to commit to a role and demonstrate a steady work background
Will have at least 2 years experience as a senior sous chef /head chef in a high end rosette standard operation
|Salary & Benefits:|
|40k per annum basic plus service (package of circa 46/47k per annum)|
|basic plus service (package of circa £46/47p/a)|
