The food offering and ensuring it always over delivers

Menu and dish creation considers the guests’ and potential guests’ tastes and expectations Seasonality requirements are observed

The menu parameters are worked within

Menus are devised with kitchen facilities and staff capability considered to ensure consistency

Recipes and presentations standards are always adhered to by all team members

Menu changes are managed correctly

Dietary-specific menus are maintained


Striving to ensure customer feedback is always excellent and shortcomings are investigated and rectified

Good communication between front of house and kitchen is kept up with a “Have the conversation” approach

The pace, tone & personality of service is consistent for every shift

About you:

Able to quickly gain an understanding of specific business functions and take ownership of the resulting tasks

A sound financial understanding of all aspects of running a busy kitchen

Salary & Benefits:
£40 k per annum
