The chef will be key in the opening and launch of the new menu and development of the concept in this brand new and spacious kitchen
Menu creation, tasting and development.
Achieving the budgeted food GP through menu planning and weekly analysis.
Training the team in the concept/menu , Development, Tastings & Briefings
Stock Control: Supplier Liaison, Ordering, Invoices, Stock Counting, Wastage Control.
Due Diligence: HACCP / COSSH files & procedures, Hygiene, H&S Records & Cleaning Rosters.
Genuine Passion to Cook & experience essential in Nepalese/Asian grill and BBQ at either sous or head chef level
A fast paced volume restaurant , background is essential
Ability to Motivate & Train team members effectively, ‘hands on’ management style.
Strong Leadership, Communication, Organisation
Strong on Due Diligence – up to date on current Hygiene Legislation.
Excellent attention to detail and a committed, motivated, flexible working approach.
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar senior chef role
Excellent English and a strong communicator essential
|Salary & Benefits:|
|33- 38 k per annum dependent on experience|
