The Company:
This exciting and friendly operation currently has an opportunity for a real foodie sous chef to work in a busy and vibrant kitchen with plans to open a second site
Vacancy Description:

Working closely with the Head chef  on site....responsibilities include:

Overseeing daily kitchen operations, leading and directing a brigade of 4 chefs on service 

Stock control, ordering & liaising with quality suppliers, invoices, food wastage management, 

Due diligence: HACCP / COSSH files & procedures, maintenance of kitchen & equipment, cleaning rosters

About you:

Candidate Profile

Ability to commit to a role and demonstrate a steady work background 

Am interest in Modern Italian cuisine with a desire to learn more and work with a large variety of pastas/breads and a simple sustainable seasonal food offering 

Local to East London with a real can do attitude and a friendly disposition  - hours based on 45 per week 

Salary & Benefits:
£35 k per annum
