The Company:
Multi-outlet operation with lounge, bar, brasserie Ultimately responsible for the day-to-day operation of the club including Food and Beverage, Maintenance and Membership Services by leading the various teams to success by implementing the initiatives for all Outlets of the club.
Vacancy Description:

Full FOH  operational responsibility for all aspects of this , multi-outlet food and beverage operation Driving sales forward to ensure maximum profitability  Ensuring all legal requirements are adhered to Full financial and budgeting responsibilities reporting directly to M

 Drive the revenue in all areas and control the appropriate costs in those areas by being proactive at all times.

  • Ensure shifts are run efficiently, providing outstanding member and guest service, supervising and hands-on assistance of departmental managers, supervisors and staff whilst maintaining a calm and professional environment at all times.
  • Be visible and on the floor during meal periods especially lunch time.
  • Working closely on the training and development of all personnel – including ascertaining individual needs, formulating training plans, probationary reviews and annual performance appraisals.
  • Monitor the planning and use of annual leave throughout the Club to ensure adequate staffing at all times.
  • To play a key role in the recruitment of new food and beverage staff and their induction into the company thereafter.
  • Develop the weekly rosters ensuring all areas are adequately staffed in line with business levels and payroll budgets.
  • Implement and develop standards and policies for all Club food and beverage operations by ensuring staff are kept up to date with changes of policies and procedure.
  • Maintain effective communication throughout the Club with regular meetings and proper shift handovers.
  • In conjunction with Senior Management organise the Duty Management roster ensuring a management presence in the Club at all times.
  • To be fully aware and to adhere to Health and Safety, Food Hygiene, fire and emergency procedures.  Follow up on any reports of accidents or incidents in any area of the department.
  • Support the Club management team in their various roles within the Club structure.
  • Undertake and develop a stock take procedure for the beverage operation including minimum and maximum par stocks/ financial accountability essential in this role.
  • Participate in the preparation and execution of the Event Calendar.
  • Provide leadership, support and attendance at all major Club events.
  • Deal effectively with complaints and comments from all Members and guests and communicate these issues as necessary.
  • Liaise as required with other departments with regards to Club activities and staffing flexibility.

Where appropriate monitor housekeeping and maintenance issues throughout the Club and communicate any problems 

About you:

Candidate will have worked in a high end private members club/casino environment with the focus on providing a  5 * customer service 


·        Educated to Hospitality Degree level (or equivalent);

Work Related Experience

·        Minimum of 5 years in an F&B management role – in five star/equiv   establishments

·        Thorough knowledge of wine essential

·        Previous training experience essential

         Multi Outlet Service knowledge

         Knowledge of licensing laws

Salary & Benefits:
£40 - 45 K per annum
