Offering an extensive Food & Beverage operation including a Club House, Bar with 2 Restaurant Dining Rooms & Terrace and supported by luxury rooms for residential guests – this venue offers comprehensive Golf School packages to the corporate and local market. A leading venue within its sector and with ongoing favourable reviews and UK rankings on major online sites, this operation is now to secure a highly driven and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to take ownership of operation with a view to developing and generating new business for 2014 on-wards. Membership – 500 pax
Vacancy Description:

Working closely with the Managing Director & Head Chef, you will be instrumental in the continued growth and success of this established operation.

Responsibilities Include:

Daily Running of the Venue – Leading a Team of 10 to 15 Staff

Ability to Effectively Set Standards – Passion & Hands on Management Style essential

Stock Control: Supplier Liaison, Purchasing, Invoices, Wastage Control, GP Calculation, Figure Reporting

Recruitment, Rotas, Team Training & Development, Grievance & Disciplinary Procedures

Finance Control: Daily Administration, Accounting & Banking, Budgets, P&L Targets, Business Plans

Due Diligence: Hygiene, H&S, Fire Safety Records & Best Working Practises

Management Meetings & Marketing Strategies

About you:

A proven track record gained within a similar role / multi F&B business (quality independents – Country Hotels, etc) –

Key Focuses include:

Ability to Manage & Set Standards Effectively – Passion & Hands on Management Style essential

Strong Finance, Business Acumen & All Round Skills Set (Organisation, Communication & Team Training Skills & Proven Financial Acumen)

Demonstrating Strong Customer Service Skills & Committed, Motivated, Professional Attitude in All Areas of Responsibility

Proven Experience demonstrating Creative Vision with Strong Marketing & Business Development Skills

Genuine Intention to offer Long Term Commitment to Next Role

Salary & Benefits:
£30k - £35k pa
