A leading venue within its sector and with ongoing favourable reviews and UK rankings on major online sites, this operation is now seeking to secure a highly driven and dynamic Head chef to take ownership and to develop the food offering to the next level.|
Overseeing the three food outlets reporting directly to the Food and Beverage Director
The successful candidate will be a creative and inspired dynamic head chef looking for the next step in a premium multis outlet dining operation, you will have experience in leading acclaimed restaurant operations, essential to have a Michelin * or 2/3 rosette background with a dynamic and can do attitude.
Will be an instinctively strong leader with the ability to motivate, train and develop your staff
Will ideally have experience in a high end restaurant and experience of working in a multis faceted food environment.
Will be technically very capable
Will demonstrate a flexible and positive approach to work
Excellent management and organizational abilities.
|Salary & Benefits:|
|£50 - 60 k plus 15% bonus|
