You will have the opportunity to input your ideas on the menu
Great team environment - working under a reputable and mentoring head chef and friendly owner proprietor
All food freshly prepared on site
You will be keen and motivated having worked in a foodie led environment and be an all rounder, capable and competent with an even measured temperament.
Will be highly organised
Will have experience in a similar high end gastro or fine dining restaurant environment as a demis or chef de partie
Used to and happy to work in a smaller kitchen environment
Will be technically very capable
Will demonstrate a flexible and positive approach to work
Well organized and able to cover all sections
Up to date on current food and cooking trends
