Role
Working with a full and part time team of 14
- Supervising Catering Assistants
- Effective delegation
- Training new team members and ensuring service standards are in place
- Dealing with customer complaints when necessary
- Fully responsible for the Restaurant in the Restaurant Manager’s absence
- Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the Restaurant
- 9am start and finishing around 5.30-6pm Friday-Tuesday Only!!
- Assisting with functions when necessary
- Some ordering responsibilities
- Rota and stock management
Candidate Profile
- Will demonstrate excellent team skills
- 18 months to 2 years experience in a supervisory capacity in a catering facility
- Effective man management skills are essential
- Will be highly organised
- Attention to detail
- A good level of technical skills
- Passion for exemplary customer service
- Knowledge of fresh, seasonal ingredients is preferred
- Will show commitment and flexibility to the operation
