Role

Working with a full and part time team of 14

  • Supervising Catering Assistants
  • Effective delegation
  • Training new team members and ensuring service standards are in place
  • Dealing with customer complaints when necessary
  • Fully responsible for the Restaurant in the Restaurant Manager’s absence
  • Maintaining the presentation and cleanliness of the Restaurant
  • 9am start and finishing around 5.30-6pm Friday-Tuesday Only!!
  • Assisting with functions when necessary
  • Some ordering responsibilities
  • Rota and stock management

Candidate Profile

  • Will demonstrate excellent team skills
  • 18 months to 2 years experience in a supervisory capacity in a catering facility
  • Effective man management skills are essential
  • Will be highly organised
  • Attention to detail
  • A good level of technical skills
  • Passion for exemplary customer service
  • Knowledge of fresh, seasonal ingredients is preferred
  • Will show commitment and flexibility to the operation
