Stunning 300 Bed Hotel set in multi faceted resort complex. Resort encompases 7 swimming pools , landscaped gardens, full leisure facilities, 4 restaurants, kids clubs part of renown family group of hotels.
Role
In this customer facing role you will be fully responsible for ensuring the smooth transistion of room allocation within a large 300 bed hotel property.

Managing a full time team of 18 front of house staff

Fully responsibility for room allocation for primarily all inclusive paying clientele.

Organising guest arrivals and departures for over 30 varying types of room allocation.

Monitoring invoicing and cash operations on a daily basis

Ensuring excellent levels of service are maintained consistently

An integral part of the senior management team

Must be fully competent in Fidelio software systems.
Candidate Profile

At least 3 years in a similar role.

An extremely well organized and dynamic personality

Commercial and financial acumen

Diplomacy and self control

Instinctively proficient customer service skills are absolutely essential
