This exciting established leading international company  is currently investing in London with Speciality coffee  store openings   set in  contemporary  surroundings offering an all day experience.



This is an amazing opportunity for a highly motivated and customer service driven Store Opening/ Manager to join an  expanding company offering fantastic prospects & opportunity – excellent opportunity  for the Store Manager for  progression, the  first store is due to open in March ( looking to hire now ) with quick successive openings thereby presenting an excellent opportunity for progression to area manager



Role



Responsibilities include:



Responsible to oversee the initial opening  operation



In charge of recruitment, team training & development (HR procedures)



Stock management: purchasing, wastage control, supplier liaison



Staff Rotas and managing labour effectively 



 Figure P&L reporting



Daily cashing up 



Due Diligence: Hygiene, Health & Safety, Fire Safety Records & Procedures



Management meetings



Candidate Profile



Passion for coffee, customer service and fast paced environment



Min 24 months experience as a Store Manager level within a comparable / vibrant Retail recognized quality brand operation/ ( opening experience a distinct advantage) 7 years in total also with previous experience  working as a  barista



Strong all round skill set – man management, leadership, organisation, communication, attention to detail



Ability to manage & motivate a team, ensuring high standards of product quality & service



Business acumen – finance control, target driven  / sales driven, forecasting



Reliable & committed with intention to offer a long term commitment to next role



Salary & Benefits



 £30 - 32 k  starting salay



3 Months Probationary Period: Regular Performance Related Salary Reviews



Benefits: Well Structured & Professional Working Environment + External Courses + Excellent Opportunities of progression to senior  Management level due to Planned Expansion



Working Hours: based on 45 - 48 hours p/week ( No alcohol to be served)
