This exciting  established leading international coffee brand  concept with multiple sites globally with existing stores  in Central London  looks to establish itself as the industry leader for a  quality acclaimed Italian  coffee and dining experience set within contemporary and artistic surroundings offering an all day experience.



This is an amazing opportunity for a highly motivated and customer service driven Store Opening/ Manager to join an  expanding company offering fantastic prospects & opportunity – excellent opportunity  for the Opening Store Manager for  progression



Role



Responsibilities include:



Responsible to oversee the initial opening  operation (paid for training period OF  7 days in Italy to attend coffee workshops and brand training )



In charge of recruitment, team training & development (HR procedures)



19 staff on a rota /102 seating plus outside terrace of 16



Stock management: purchasing, wastage control, supplier liaison



Staff Rotas and managing labour effectively 



 Figure reporting



Daily cashing up 



Due Diligence: Hygiene, Health & Safety, Fire Safety Records & Procedures



Management meetings



Candidate Profile



Passion for coffee, customer service and fast paced casual  dining /table service  driven and effective leader 



Min 24 months experience as a Store Manager level within a comparable / vibrant Retail recognized quality brand operation/ ( opening experience a distinct advantage) 



Strong all round skill set – man management, leadership, organisation, communication, attention to detail



Ability to manage & motivate a team, ensuring high standards of product quality & service



Business acumen – finance control, target driven  / sales driven, forecasting



Reliable & committed with intention to offer a long term commitment to next role



Salary & Benefits



£35,000 – £38,000k  plus  Package  Start Salary + profit related bonus



3 Months Probationary Period: Regular Performance Related Salary Reviews



Benefits: Well Structured & Professional Working Environment + External Courses + Excellent Opportunities of progression to senior  Management level due to Planned Expansion



Working Hours: 5 Straight Shifts (7 Day Operation) 7 a.m - 11pm 7 days per week ( No alcohol to be served) 



Rota based on 3 different shift pattern - 45 hours per week



Paid Annual Leave
