Working with the  support of a strong executive chef within this independent group this represents  a great  opportunity for a sous chef looking for their first head chef role  



The pub draws on a local clientele and in an up and coming area and is particularly  busy at weekends



Contributing to Menu Development specials 



Junior Chef Training & Development





Stock Control, Daily Kitchen Ordering, Supplier Liaison, Deliveries & Invoices, Wastage Control



Due Diligence: Hygiene, H&S Records & Cleaning Rosters





Excellent Training Opportunity under Executive  Chef – BOH systems incl.



Candidate Profile





Min 12 months experience at a  Sous Chef level within a comparable, Pub   Gastro  / Grill Restaurant operation or large pub operation 





Strong all round skill set – organisation, technical, attention to detail



Salary & Benefits



£30 k plus bonus 



3 Months Probationary Period: Regular Performance Related Salary Reviews



Paid Annual Leave



Meals on Duty



Immediate Start
