Located in the heart of the city – this stylish independent  operation Wine Bar & Eaterie (40 seats) has  established a great reputation for fine wines, inspired casual dining & service since  its launch. The Founders coming from a successful supper club background to high acclaim and with excellent investment have opened a  Portuguese inspired operation  with an impressive regional selection of wines working closely with independent wine makers and suppliers in Portugal



 



Concept – Modern small plates Contemporary Portuguese –



Dynamic foodie  sous required for busy  operation in Contemporary setting , would suit enthusiastic chef looking to be part of an exciting opportunity with plans for second site growth/ concept small plates working under a renown  head chef 



 



3 Months Probationary Period: Regular Performance Salary Reviews + Ongoing In-House Training & Development Program + External Courses

Paid Annual Leave & Public / Bank Holidays Off



Salary circa £28 -30 k
