50 covers – dinner only – weekends brunch ( soon to open for Lunch) working under award winning chef 



Sure to join the ranks of the best neighbourhood restaurants in South London. The style is elegant, yet neighbourly and informal, with simple, antique tables and chairs surrounding a central, open kitchen clad in emerald-coloured V & A wall tiles. VERY Classy.



The Food:



The menu reflects the mixed culinary influences, with a combo of British and Asian ingredients appearing in dishes such as fried rabbit with satay sauce and bang bang beef ribs with anchovy-miso eggplant (aubergine). Desserts, too, take global inspiration with an American-style baked cheesecake, a condensed milk affogato and a dark chocolate and caramel tart,





The Person





This role would suit a sous chef with a classically trained background who has worked in quality restaurant operations with an interest in Asian cuisine and ability to run a smooth service in absence of the head chef. 50 covers within a small and friendly team, an ideal learning opportunity to learn new and international flavours 







Salary & Benefits





£30 basic pus tronc k per annum basic salary





 Meals on duty provided
