Role



 



The successful candidate will report directly to the General Manager and will work alongside him as a partner in maximising all business opportunities. You will have near complete autonomy with the way the kitchen is managed and will be fully responsible for producing profitable GP results whilst maintaining the quality of food that your customers expect. You will be responsible for all recruitment, training and motivation of the kitchen team and be an integral part in business forecasting and budget implementation.



 



 



Candidate Profile



 



The successful candidate will:



 




  • Have a proven history as Sous Chef or Senior CDP in a similar, quality environment


  • Must possess at least two experience as either a Sous or Senior CDp with a quality driven environment


  • Have a passion for, and knowledge of fresh, seasonal ingredients


  • Demonstrate prowess in their craft


  • Demonstrate instinctive leadership skills


  • Have a natural creative flair


  • Will have excellent experience of carrying out financial duties within the kitchen department


  • Have good administration skills


  • Must be a natural leader and excellent communicator


  • Take ownership of the departments operations


  • Be flexible, professional and calm in their approach



 



 



 



Salary & Benefits



£25,000  - 27K per annum
