Excellent opportunity for a head   chef to become an integral part of this busy friendly  company  offering  a unique concept of freshly made pasta dishes prepared in the  traditional  Italian way,  all pasta  made on site attracting a large  local  following, also supplier of fresh homemade pasta to restaurants and local businesses within the central London area



This unique concept is pared with an extensive wine list and supplier of fine  Italian wines from selected  vineyards 



Italian quality offering -  up to  200 PAX in a busy lunchtime , to include outside catering . 



Our client is  looking to secure a second unit to support demand,   this role has growth opportunity for the right person to develop into an executive chef role 



 Role



 You will be responsible for the day to day running of the  kitchen



Responsibilities include:



 Highly organized 



Team Training ,Mentoring  & Development, 



Stock Control: Supplier Liaison, Ordering, Invoices, Stock Counting, Wastage Control



Due Diligence: Hygiene, H&S Records & Cleaning Rosters



 Candidate Profile



Proven  head/ senior sous chef  with experience in Italian cuisine  experienced  in making pasta from scratch



Strong Leadership, Communication, Organisation & Technical Skill



Genuine Passion to Cook & Develop Head Chef Skills



Ability to Motivate & Train team members effectively



Strong on Due Diligence – up to date on current Hygiene Legislation



Genuine intention to offer long term commitment to next role

Salary & Benefits



£33 - 35k  plus bonus up to k40 k per annum 



3 Months Probationary Period: Regular Performance Related Salary Reviews

Meals on Duty + Chef Uniform



Paid Annual Leave



5 Day Operation ( closed Sundays) 2 doubles - 3straight shifts - 2 Days off

Salary 33- 35 k plus bonus package of 40 k per anum
