Head Chef or opportunity for senior sous looking for first head chef role – Luxury Boutique Hotel  Mid Wales  – £35,000 - Stunning rural location 



Stunning Boutique hotel located in Mid Wales   offering a  fabulous guest experience , is now looking for an experienced and proficient Head Chef from a ( preferred ) rosette background  to join its team. With full menu creativity and  set in  a fabulous  rural location in  stunning Pembrokeshire,   this is a fantastic opportunity for a talented professional to join a company offering a great working environment and the  chance to work with quality local  seasonal produce.



The hotel has few luxury  rooms and  has established a great local reputation and is a  popular  wedding venue.



This opportunity would suit a real foodie who loves to forage, everything is made in house to include the bread ,butter , meat smoker facilities so would suit a genuine  chef who loves food and sourcing food. 



The Role



·Responsible for the supervision and management for a small team of  chefs



·Creating all dishes from fresh, locally sourced and seasonal ingredients



·Full menu creativity working with great local produce 



·Fully responsible for all of the departments financial duties



·Recruiting, training and inducting new members of staff



·Planning to logistics of each function with the management team



·Training and mentoring the team



·Ensuring that a great level of communication is constantly carried out during busy services



·Installing health and safety and correct food safety regimes



The Person



·You must have at least two  years’ experience as senior  sous  head chef with a rosette background  



·You will have stayed within your last position for at least the last 12 months



·Be able to create dishes from fresh ingredients



·You must be a natural leader and motivator of people



Will be able to nurture and develop the skills of your team



Salary & Benefits





£35,000 per annum basic salary



Live in accommodation available



Great for a chef who wants to escape the city and live in a stunning rural location 



In accordance with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, candidates must prove their entitlement to work in the
