Head Chef for  a brand new Immersive Theatre and Dining Experience in East London



The menu has  been created by BBC Masterchef and so we are looking for someone ideally with an Events background who is experienced in producing dishes with extreme accuracy in a fast paced environment.



The menu will consist of three courses, which will need to be served within an hour to a maximum of 48 covers.



On Tuesdays- Fridays there will be two sittings in the evening, and on Saturdays and Sundays 5 sittings spread across the day.



You will be in charge of stock taking and liaising with the Venue Manager for catering deliveries, and any other requirements you may have



. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and experienced head chef who is looking for a new challenge and to be part of an exciting new venture



The Person



 




  • Must have at least two years’ experience as a head chef/sous cheef  within a reputable company


  • Will have stayed within your current job for at least the last 12 months of your career


  • Maintain a cool head when  and enjoy cooking for  a fast paced events dining experience



 



 



Salary package




  • A basic annual salary of £35,000 per year



In accordance with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, candidates must prove their entitlement to work in the UK – Verification of Documentation will be undertaken as part of the recruitment process
