Role

• Being responsible for a brigade of 10 chefs
• Developing a modern American grill style menu all from fresh ingredients
• Recruitment, training and motivation of your team
• Catering for private leisure events and functions
• Excellent creative input
• Will be an integral part of the implementation of the brand roll-out
• Actively promoting the business through marketing ideas
• Stock management
• Rota management
• Implementing health and safety program as specified by the company
• Maintaining the smooth running of the kitchen at all times

Candidate Profile

• Will have at least 2 years experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef within a fast paced, high volume and quality drive environment
• Experience of working with a Grill or BBQ themed outlet is essential
• Demonstrating strong man management of the kitchen team
• Providing excellent creative flair and attention to detail
• Good experience with fast paced, urban brunch environment with good grill experience
• Will be able to remain calm and professional under pressure
• Good administration skills
• Must demonstrate a passion for good quality, fresh ingredients
• English must be your first language
• Excellent organisational skills
