A large International corporate company – now set to develop a range of classic & more modern style British & European pre-prepared dishes & snacks (distribution plans confidential at this time).

Based in Harrow, Middlesex, facilities include a central development kitchen and support of professional management team.

Role

Contracted on an initial 3 month contract (3 plus days per week), you will be instrumental in the design, development & delivery of the final product range

Support in costings, responsible for sourcing & purchasing, recipe specification and hazard control

Delivery – completion at final product stage – potential for permanent control to follow

Candidate Profile

A highly creative Senior Chef with a strong background in British & European cooking

Ability to design, develop & deliver a commercial range of viable, high quality classic & modern style pre-prepared dishes within set parameters & to budget

Flexible & adaptable professional approach, strong skill set & excellent attention to detail required

Availability to offer initial 3 month commitment with potential for permanent contract to follow

Up to date on current Food Hygiene & Safety legislation

Salary & Benefits

3 Months Contract: £11.50 – £13.70 p / hr

Potential Permanent Contract: £28,000 to £33,000 pa (Monday to Friday)

Working Hours: min. 3 days work per week scheduled from 9.00am, daytimes only (Monday to Friday)
