<p style="">
<span style="">Working closely under the guidance & support of Chef de Partie & team, daily responsibilities include:</span></p>

<span style="">Daily mise & place & service, following direction, delivering under pressure</span></p>

<span style="">Stock / wastage control & deliveries</span></p>
<p style="">
<span style="">Daily hygiene procedures & cleaning duties</span></p>

<span style="">Min. 12 months experience at Commis Chef level – opportunity to progress quickly / performance related</span></p>

<span style="">Fine dining experience & strong drive to learn & succeed is essential</span></p>

<span style="">Good organisation & communication skills, attention to detail, calm & methodical</span></p>
