Located in South West London, this stylish, modern 90 seat Restaurant and 40 seat Bar is an all day, every day informal neighbourhood Restaurant Brasserie offering breakfast through to late evening dining, serving classic Brasserie dishes with a modern twist at 1 / 2AA Rosette level.
With additional outdoor dining and a private bar on the lower level for up to 40, this popular Eatery attracts a varied and loyal clientele from the local area.
Working closely with established Head Chef & 2 Sous Chefs....
Supporting Day to Day Running of the Kitchen – Brigade of 8 – 10 Chefs / Supporting Pass
Contributing to Menu Development
Team Training & Development, Delegation & Direction
Stock Control, Supplier Liaison & Ordering, Deliveries & Invoices, Wastage Control
Due Diligence: Hygiene, H&S Records & Cleaning Rosters
Excellent Training Opportunity under Award Winning Chef –
Min 12 months experience as a Snr Chef de Partie / Jnr Sous Chef level within a quality Brasserie / Grill Restaurant operation
Strong all round skill set – organisation, technical, attention to detail

Salary & Benefits
£21,000 – £22,500 Start Salary & Paid Overtime (beyond 7 shifts)
3 Months Probationary Period: Regular Performance Related Salary Reviews
