Part of a collection of Restaurants offering various casual dining food style concepts – this highly popular new opening is set to be rolled out Internationally including a new London opening planned for later this year.
Open for Lunch until late – the Restaurant benefits from its unrivalled location, an open Kitchen and established systems & structures in place.
Role
Working closely with the Head Chef within a small Brigade, you will play an integral part in the Culinary Success of this vibrant, casual dining operation....
Responsibilities:
Daily Running of Fast Paced, High Volume Service – Food Preparation & Supporting Expediting of Food Orders from Open Kitchen
Stock Control – Stock Inventory & Wastage Control
Hygiene, Health & Safety Records & Procedures, Cleaning Rosters

Candidate Profile
The Ideal Candidate will have proven Shawarmati Chef experience gained working within a comparable business either in the UK (London) or Internationally.
Naturally organised with the ability to multi-task, you will be able to work well a team & under pressure, enjoying a busy Kitchen environment and the opportunity to develop further skills & experience.
Strong on Due Diligence, you will also be up to date on current Hygiene Legislation.
Salary & Benefits
£800 – £1,000 p / month (Salary Negotiable / Candidate dependent)

Working Hours: 48 Hrs P/Wk contract (8 hrs per day with additional 1 hr break – 6 Days per week)
