A modern and prestigious landmark 5* Hotel property offering fine dining, contemporary styled dining within bold, grand design interiors, champagne /cocktail bar and private dining rooms (x5)

Attracting a loyal & discerning clientele and with an established Hospitality & Events business, this award winning venue offers one of London’s most stunning private and corporate event space

Service: Breakfast, Lunch, Afternoon Tea, Dinner, Events & Hospitality (7 day operation)

Role

Working unsupervised, responsibilities including:

Daily Mise en Place & Service – Room Service

Ability to Submit Menu Ideas

Stock Control: Station Orders & Wastage Control

Due Diligence: Food Hygiene, H&S Records & Procedures

Regular Staff Meetings, Briefings, Tastings, Ongoing Training & Development under Executive Chef’s direction

Hotel Brigade of 15 Chefs including Baker, Pastry & Breakfast Chefs

Candidate Profile

Min 18 months experience at Chef de Partie level within a comparable 4* / 5* Luxury London Hotel business with experience of Room Service and advantage

Strong all round skill set – organisation, forward planning, time management

Exceptional attention to detail – very standards orientated role with particular focus on delivering an exciting Room Service menu

Reliable & committed with intention to offer a long term commitment to next role

Salary & Benefits

£20,500 Basic Start Salary pa & Paid Overtime (beyond 40 Hrs P / Wk contract)

3 Months Probationary Period: Regular Performance Related Salary Reviews

Working Hours:40 Hrs over 5 Days (5 x 8 Hr shifts: 11pm to 7am Monday to Friday)
