Friendly and dynamic expanding operation



A Popular waterside restaurant, 45 covers serving a high standard of internationally inspired cuisine, our client is an independent operation , who uses local East London suppliers . The style of food is designed for sharing.



. A modern cooking style with a focus on flavour and sourcing of ingredients, using global influences inspired by a well travelled and well reviewed exec head chef 



This role represents a great opportunity for an ambitious but calm mannered chef ( open kitchen and friendly environment) who is looking for their next step up and wanting to show case their talent



DEMONSTRATE  a steady work background 






  • Will have at least 2 years experience as a  COMMIS  chef in a rosette standard operation or/ seasonal fresh food restaurant environment 




  • Good creative flair


  • Will be able to remain calm and professional under pressure




  • Good administration skills




  • Will be from the local area or willing to travel




  • Must have excellent cooking skills and technical knowledge



Salary £20/22 k per annum - 4 days on 3 days off - early close 10.30 - closed Mondays and Tuesdays
