Role
Working within a brigade of 8 chefs (Murrano / St John Food & Wine backgrounds) under the guidance of a renowned Chef Patron, responsibilities include:
Day to Day Mise en Place & Service – Daily Changing Menus
Submitting Menu Ideas
Stock Control, Section Orders, Deliveries, Wastage Control
Junior Chef Training & Development
Due Diligence: Hygiene, H&S Records & Cleaning Rosters
Own Professional Development – Kitchen Management, Bread Making, Butchery, Fishmongery
Candidate Profile
Min 24 months experience as a Chef de Partie within a comparable / vibrant Restaurant operation
Strong all round skill set – organisation, technical, attention to detail
Passion to Cook & Learn
Reliable & Committed with intention to offer a long term Commitment to next role
Salary & Benefits
£21,000 Start Salary + Min. £2,500 S / C Allocation Net (OTE: £23,500 plus pa)
3 Months Probationary Period: Regular Performance Related Salary Reviews
