Working closely with an acclaimed Head Chef, this is a wonderful opportunity to develop your career in one of the country’s most organically growing Hotel operations offering the very best in seasonal, British produce.
Role
- Reporting directly to the Head Chef
- Working proficiently within a strong kitchen brigade
- Successfully operating one of the kitchens busy sections
- Involvement in both stock and wastage management regimes
- Encouraged to give a creative input in regards to menu development
- Training and motivation of junior members of the team
- Excellent section rotation
- Adherence to, and implementation of company’s Health and safety programme
Candidate Profile
- Must have at least one years’ experience as a chef de partie in a minimum four star Hotel operation
- Will have good team skills with the ability to motivate and train junior staff
- A real passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients, a must!
- Excellent organisational skills
- Refined cookery skills
- Will be flexible in approach

£18,000 Per annum
