Part of a highly successful 4 Star Group Hotel company in one the most affluent of London’s leafy suburbs this outlet is now looking for a proficient Chef De Partie to join there thriving team. Working closely with an acclaimed Head Chef, this is a wonderful opportunity to develop your career in one of the country’s most organically growing Hotel operations offering the very best in seasonal, British produce.

 

Role

  • Reporting directly to the Head Chef
  • Working proficiently within a strong kitchen brigade
  • Successfully operating one of the kitchens busy sections
  • Involvement in both stock and wastage management regimes
  • Encouraged to give a creative input in regards to menu development
  • Training and motivation of junior members of the team
  • Excellent section rotation
  • Adherence to, and implementation of company’s Health and safety programme

 

 

 

Candidate Profile

 

  • Must have at least one years’ experience as a chef de partie in a minimum four star Hotel operation
  • Will have good team skills with the ability to motivate and train junior staff
  • A real passion for fresh, seasonal ingredients, a must!
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Refined cookery skills
  • Will be flexible in approach

 

 

Salary & Benefits

£18,000 Per annum
