Great opportunity for a cafe head   chef to become an integral part of this exciting and innovative  foodie  Cafe Diner offering breakfast and an all day dining option with speciality baking with the foucs of gluten and additive  free , The focus will be working with the top seasonal suppliers offering an innovative and modern approach to dining.



 Cafe chef experience essential within quality fresh food environment, baking and pastry experience also an advantage  with events/restaurant  experience preferred 



 The owner has enjoyed much success in her career within healthy eating and dietary specific concepts and is looking for a personable and passionate  chef de partie who is keen to learn and work within  a friendly and supportive team environment



 



Responsibilities include:



Assist in the Day to Day Running of the Kitchen 



Team of 3 



Stock Control: Supplier Liaison, Ordering, Invoices, Stock Counting, Wastage Control



Due Diligence: Hygiene, H&S Records & Cleaning Rosters



 



In accordance with the Asylum and Immigration Act 1996, candidates must prove their entitlement to work in the UK – Verification of Documentation will be undertaken as part of the recruitment process


Salary: £19k plus tronc
