Multi-Site Chef Manager - Successful Branded Restaurants – Hertfordshire - £50,000 OTE

Company Profile

The company has seven restaurants consisting of two brands. Both brands have a modern Italian concept that prides itself on real food cooked from scratch with traditional quality ingredients.

We have a careful expansion plan in place for a eighth site in 2012. This is a great opportunity for a strong, dynamic and conscientious individual that is looking to achieve results in a fun, rewarding and challenging environment.

The Role

·         This role will involve Chef Training,

·         Creating new dishes for specials, menu development,

·         Cost controls & inventories as well as achieving financial and health & safety objectives.

·         This is a hands-on role and you will be required to lead from the front and be the figurehead of our dining experience

·         Implementing strong training and development programs.

·         Restaurant kitchen management experience is essential, along with an

·         Excellent understanding of kitchen financials

·         A good track record of health and hygiene.

·         You will be required to have a car and be able to travel to multiple sites in the Hertfordshire & Middlesex area

Candidate Profile

We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced chef manager to join a growing group of independently owned restaurants. You will have had previous experience running an Italian kitchen and have good knowledge of Italian cuisine and ingredients.
