Role
- Working with one assistant and reporting directly to owner/manager
- Responsible for stock management and all ordering duties
- Will prepare all dishes to order
- Integral part of menu creation (Daily)
- Implementation of health and safety program
Candidate Profile
- At least 5 years as a qualified, professional Chef, preferably Sous/Senior Chef de Partie
- Will hold recognised catering qualifications
- Will have excellent skills with traditional Italian cuisine
- Will work effectively under pressure
- Exceptional organisational skills
- Proven history with good stock management and ordering
- Experience with dealing with suppliers essential
- Fluent Italian an advantage
Salary & Benefits
£22,000-£24,000 P/A
