Role
Fully responsible for a brigade of 6 chefs
Responsible for submitting daily, weekly and monthly reports
Recruitment, training and motivation of your team
Creative input
Actively promoting the business through marketing ideas
Stock management
Rota management
Implementing health and safety program as specified by the company
Maintaining the smooth running of the kitchen at all times

Candidate Profile
Will have at least 18 months experience as a Head Chef in a fast paced high volume site
Demonstrate strong man management
Good creative flair
Good experience with fast paced breakfast service preferred
Will be able to remain calm and professional under pressure
Good administration skills
Must demonstrate a passion for good quality, fresh ingredients
Excellent organisational skills
