Role

• Reporting directly to the General Manager
• Assuming all GM's duties in their absence
• Processing daily, weekly and monthly reports
• Adhering to budgets and targets as set by Senior team
• Involved in recruitment, training and motivation of all team members
• Maintaining very high levels of customer service
• Involved in marketing the site
• Implementing health and safety program as specified by the company

Candidate Profile

• At least 12 months experience in a high volume, fast paced environment as DGM
• Will have a natural affinity with dealing with the public
• Will have excellent man management skills
• Superb product knowledge
• Will be proficient with P&L reports and admin’ in general
• Will have an outgoing, strong personality
• Demonstrate a passion for excellent customer service

£27,000 P/A
