Role
Reporting directly to the Operations Manager
Forefront in maintaining the smooth running of the business
Upholding high levels of customer service
Dealing with very high volume of custom on a daily basis
Ensuring all correspondence/complaints are processed and reversed effectively
Wholly financially responsible for the business
Responsible for all recruitment and training implementation
Business forecasting
Working to strict budgets and targets
All administration and P&L responsibilities
Maintaining a healthy working environment for the entire team


Candidate Profile
At least 2 years experience as a GM in a high volume, fast paced environment
A natural affinity with dealing with the public
Must demonstrate strong leadership skills and a natural motivator
Proficient in stock management
Excellent product knowledge is essential
A proven history with reporting good P&L
Must have an out going personality with strength of character
Will remain calm and professional under pressure


Salary & Benefits

30,000-33,000 P/A
