Executive Chef Role
Working closely with a professional Management & Operations Team, you will play an integral part in the continued Culinary Success of this Inspirational Company.
Responsibilities include:
Menu Design & Development - Inspiring Banqueting, Buffet & Canapé Menus
Logistical Organisation of Events
Client Liaison, Menu Tastings, Budget Control
Overseeing Daily Kitchen Operation, Directing Core Brigade with Additional Chef Support
Stock Control, Supplier Liaison, Purchasing, Auditing (P&L), Wastage Control
Rotas, Recruitment, Training & Development, Performance Reviews Hygiene, Health & Safety Records, Cleaning Rosters
General Bookkeeping, Administration & Accounting
Management Meetings

Ideal Candidate
With proven Executive Chef experience gained working within Award Winning/Michelin* Restaurants and/or Prestigious 5* Hotel properties, you will have a highly creative approach to menu planning and be committed to delivering the highest levels of food quality/presentation, service standards and team performance.
Able to lead a team effectively, you will have a ‘hands on’ management style; have excellent organisation and cost control skills, good knowledge of finance management and experience of organising high profile Events.
With excellent attention to detail and a committed, motivated, flexible working approach, you will enjoy new challenge and the opportunity to play an integral part in the continued Success of this Prestigious Events Company.
Strong on Due Diligence & Up to Date on Current Hygiene Legislation.
Salary & Benefits
£50,000 - £55,000 Basic Start Salary pa + Excellent Bonus Incentives
Flexible Working Hours - Events Dependent
6 Months Probationary Period: Regular Performance Related Salary Reviews
