Company Profile

This Prestigious Global Company Head Quarters located in Northampton is currently offering a fantastic opportunity for a passionate and experienced Catering Manager to head their F&B Department.

Role

Providing a Hospitality Service for a Building of approximately 600 people

Overseeing Staff Canteen with additional Delibar & Coffee Shop Outlets with provision of a Food to Desk service, including Meeting Rooms & Formal Hospitality

Extensive liaison with clients using Facilities and Front of House presence, demonstrating excellent Organizational and Administrative skills with Financial Accountability

Responsible for a team of 15 (Incl. 5 Chefs)

Setting and Agreeing Budgets

Monitoring Quality Standards

Allocation of Resources & Staff

Planning new Promotions and Initiatives, and contributing to Business and Catering Development

Dealing with Staffing and Client issues

Keeping abreast of Trends and Developments in the Industry such as Menus, Trends in Consumer Tastes and Management issues

Responsibility for Implementation and Maintenance Health & Safety requirements in relation to Catering

Reporting to Facilities Director

Candidate Profile

You will have proven experience within a comparable role demonstrating strong People Management, Interpersonal & Administrative skills.

Strong Business Acumen with experience of Managing Staff & Budgets.

Naturally Organised with the ability to Multi-task, you will have a genuine desire to progress within a large, reputable Company offering excellent structure & new challenge.

Strong on Due Diligence, you will be up to date with current Hygiene and Health & Safety Legislation.

Salary & Benefits

£30,000 - £33,000 Basic Start Salary pa + Bonus Incentives

Approx. 40 Hrs P/Wk (Mon to Fri 7.00am - 4.00pm)

3 Months Probationary Period: Regular Performance Related Salary Reviews
