Role
A comprehensive role including duty Management shifts
Looking after a bar team of 6 and a floor team of 6
Reporting directly to the General Manager
Consistent interaction with customers
Maintaining a healthy, fun and productive working environment
Involved in large functions and arranging artist bookings
End of day banking procedures
Management cover when necessary

Candidate Profile
Will have proven history in a similar role within a fast paced environment
Must have instinctive inter personal skills
Will have good industry knowledge
Superb personal
Must maintain professionalism under pressure
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Will have a strong personality and a passion for great customer service

Salary & Benefits
