Role
Reporting directly to the Head Chef
Working on every section of the kitchen
Will be a key member of the senior team
Responsible for ordering and stock management
Involved in recruitment, training and motivation
Production of GP figures
Menu planning and costing
Implementation of health and safety program
Candidate Profile
Will have at least 12 months experience as a Sous Chef in a professional kitchen
Excellent man management skills
Good levels of administrative experience
Experience with costing is essential
Proven organisational skills
The ability to remain calm in high-pressured environments
Will have an evident creative flair
Will demonstrate a clear passion for fresh, seasonal, environmentally approved produce
Salary & Benefits
