Role
Responsible for the smooth running of the pastry section
Complying with the health and safety standards as specified by the company
Assisting with the training and motivation of junior members of the team
Responsible for stock management and control
Carrying out instructions as specified by the Sous and Head Chef
Good level of creative input
Candidate Profile
At least 12 months experience as a Pastry Chef de Partie
A proven history in a fast paced restaurant environment
A natural affinity with high quality, fresh ingredients
An interest in Italian cuisine Demonstrate an eagerness to learn
A flexible, sociable attitude is an absolute must!
Salary & Benefits
