Role
Working closely with the General Manager & Executive Head Chef, you will play an integral part in the continued Success of this established, Independent Business.
Responsibilities Include:
Managing Daily Restaurant Operations
Leading a Team of 14 Floor/Bar Staff
Ability to Effectively Set Standards & Work on Own Initiative
Stock Control: Supplier Liaison, Purchasing, Invoices, Auditing, Wastage Control
Rotas, Recruitment, Team Training & Development
General Administration & Accounting, Banking & Figure Reporting (Budgets - P&L)
H&S, First Aid, Fire Safety Records & Procedures, Etc
Management Meetings & Business Marketing

Candidate Profile
With good experience gained working within quality/award winning Restaurants & Brasseries, you will have a minimum 2 yrs experience working at Restaurant Manager level.

Salary & Benefits
£32,000 - £35,000 Basic Salary pa + Bonus Incentives
3 Months Probationary Period: Regular Performance Related Salary Reviews
Working Hours: Approx. 50 - 55 Hrs P/Wk (5 Days - 7 Day Operation)
